This is Dr. Marlene Shiple, The Life Coach Dr.  I wrote this Journal — My Blessings Journal:  The Art of Journaling for Gratitude! — because I wanted to help you to bring the blessing of Gratitude into your life … in a real, practical fashion.  Being Grateful and Giving Thanks adds a dimension of positive-focus to each day.

In addition, Giving Gratitude helps to focus one’s attention on events — persons, places and things — for which to be Grateful.  For example, when I focus on finding things about which to feel blessed, I automatically have my attention drawn to other things that are positive and blessings in my life.  That is, quite simply, what happens!

As was noted by singer-songwriter Willie Nelson, “When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around.”  Go ahead — give it a go:  See what happens when you begin adding Gratitude to each day!
