One way to strengthen your Confidence is through the conscious use of positive self-talk. Self-talk refers to the positive messages that you tell yourself about YOU. Keeping your ideas constructively positive where references to yourself are concerned provides a definite boost in creating stronger Self-Confidence for you.
Another way to strengthen your Confidence and Self-Esteem is by daily journaling that focuses on them. Journaling daily keeps you consciously aware of these concepts and, being purposefully alert to them, allows you to more-effectively build them into your day.
As was so aptly expressed by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, “Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.” Confidence can allow you to tap into positive aspects of yourself and your life.
